Rules of Conduct
Rules of Conduct TTT Games products and services are offered on an "as-is" basis and assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged property. TTT Games products are designed for the full enjoyment of everyone and as a general rule, any behavior that is intentionally targeted to lessen the enjoyment of others is a violation of TTT Games policy. The follow sections describe types of situations we consider to be abusive behavior. Players talking about "Out of Character" OOC things while in a game environment is considered abusive behavior. For example, you are playing "Diamond Isle" and are having a talk with the mayor about taxes and suddenly start talking about your computer keeps lagging, that is considered "Out of Character". Judgment of what is and is not disruptive behavior is entirely at the sole discretion of TTT Games TTT Games fully supports competition as player vs. critter, player vs. puzzle, player vs. task, but we generally do not support player vs. player. There may be some events where player vs. player is encourages in a structured setting. And sometimes players will role-play their character as a competitive person. While this is OK, we do recommend that the player limits their player vs. player to only those other players whom wish to participate in it. What is not acceptable is to attack or harass unsuspecting victims. Anyone doing so is violating TTT Games policy. TTT Games will not get involved in any player vs. player conflict which is confined to a small group. However, if such conflict moves into a bigger group of players and generally disrupts the other players, the people involved will be warned. Character names is a big part of the role-playing adventure. Obscene names will not be tolerated. Please keep all names within the genre of the game in which you are playing. Example, "Diamond Isle" is a game based around a fictional island and deals with real names. So names such as "Kobold Slayer" or "Firestorm Dragonkiller" are inappropriate. Sometimes there are "bugs" in a game which needs to be fixed. Any player using a bug for personal gain are subject to penalties as it is a violation of TTT Games policy. Characters that have been inactive for along time are in danger of being deleted to make room for new characters. So try to avoid the following: If someone logs into the game for only a few minutes and never returns, their character most likely will be deleted from our database within the next month.. In the event your character is purged, your only option is to start a new character. None of your personal items, stats, money, etc. will be replaced. So trying to keep a character active, even if it is an old one. Sometimes TTT Games games have special events or quest. During these type of events/quest the player's conduct must stay the same. Being disruptive or "Out of Character" may get the character banned from all future events/quest. GameMasters have the authority to monitor everything that goes on in a game and to change it with the intention of keeping the game exciting. It is not TTT Games policy to monitor private conversations unless such conversations relate to any item which may be a violation to TTT Games policy. Our goal is to respect the player's privacy as much as possible. Anyone caught violating any of these policies are subject to warnings, lock outs and complete bans from TTT Games games. If a player gets banned or locked out of a game, v will send them a detailed email explaining why they were banned/locked out. These policies may be added to at anytime and TTT Games reserves the right to change any of the policies at anytime.
